8 Reasons Why People In America Won't Work A Shift Without This Back Support Belt

8 Reasons Why People In America Won't Work A Shift Without This Back Support Belt

About 8 in 10 of us will deal with lower back pain at some point. For most people it comes and goes. But not for the millions who are on their feet all day for a living.

There's a reason lower back pain starts to creep in mid-shift. Once we understood that reason, it was obvious why nothing they tried in the past worked, and why a new kind of support belt, built around that exact reason, has workers saying they won't clock on without it.

1. The real reason your lower back can't last a shift

And it isn't age. Find a pull up bar and hang from it. The first minute's easy, then your grip starts to hurt and lets go, no matter how strong you are there’s a time limit.

That’s exactly what’s happening to your lower back muscle and your spine’s left hanging till it gives out. That’s the pain that hits mid-shift. Solution? Your low back needs support.

2. Superior support you can actually feel

Most belts are just stretchy fabric that squeezes the stomach and does nothing to provide support. The Backbone Belt has five reinforced metal panels running up the back. Plus, the extra lumbar pad helps apply compressive pressure on the lower back. Instead of leaving your lower back to carry the entire load alone, it finally has something solid to brace against.

3. Feel the weight lift off your back

Your back feels heavier as the day goes, harder to keep upright and that’s when the pain creeps in. Your core muscles tire, your weight crushes down your lumbar spine causing it to hurt. That’s when the adjustable straps step in. Pull it tight to decompress your spine and reinforce your core, giving you the endurance to finish your shift strong.

4. Stays anchored to your hip without slipping up

Does your back brace ride up and roll? This one locks down at the hips and stays there through bending, lifting and walking. No reaching behind your back to fix it all day.

5. Won't make your core weaker

Clinical studies measuring core activity prove this is a myth, wearing a back brace does not cause muscle loss. Instead of doing the work for your core, the belt works with them as back up.

  • It works like a weightlifting belt: Just as Olympic lifters use belts to safely amplify their strength, this belt increases core stability so your muscles work efficiently instead of straining.
  • It stops muscle burnout: By absorbing the harmful stress that normally crushes your lower back, it prevents your muscles from overworking to the point of total exhaustion.
  • It preserves your energy: Because your core isn't fighting a losing battle all day, you actually finish a 12-hour shift with energy left in the tank for your life outside of work.

6. Built to be worn on long shifts

It's made out of high-quality breathable mesh, not hot neoprene. It wears flat under most clothes, so nobody knows it's there, and its light breathable fabric makes you forget you've got it on.

7. Backbone™ Belt fits every body

Tired of braces that don’t fit? Backbone™ Belt comes in five sizes, S to XXL. It has soft edges that don't dig in. Short torso, long torso, broad or narrow, there's finally one that fits. And a proper fit is what makes the support work.

8. 60 days money back, zero risk

You wear it on real shifts, through the lifting, the standing and the long drives. If your back doesn't feel the difference, you send it back any time inside 60 days for a full refund. There's a perfect-fit guarantee too for a free size exchange if it doesn’t fit.

Highly recommend to all!

I load pallets all day and always paid for it by noon. Now I put the Backbone on for my shift and pull it tight when I lift and it's been amazing. Less back pain and definitely feel like it's getting better overtime.

This belt works wonders

I don't go to work without it. We're standing for hours on end and without the Backbone Belt my back would give up and I would have to step down as head chef. Its been a life saver!

Bye painkillers

Two years of ibuprofen, almost every day. I just wanted to function. Week two with Backbone, I noticed I'd gone four days without it. I'm 54 and I genuinely can't remember the last time I felt normal again.

I was skeptical before ordering

I was skeptical before ordering, but I'm pleased with my purchase. I use it on 12 hour shifts with almost no back pain. The support is really good and I only wish I bought another when it was discounted.
